Jenn is an accomplished triathlete specializing in both swimming and running. Reaching the podium in all local sprint and olympic distance races, Jenn has also been competitive at the national level in multiple Ironman 70.3 events, consistently finishing in the top 5% of her age group in the swim and run. Most recently at Ironman Eagleman 70.3, Jenn received the ROKA First Out of The Water award for the fastest swim time in her age group, and has also earned Ironman Gold All World Athlete status for 2018.
Jenn graduated from Duke University in 1998 where she competed at the collegiate level in Track & Field for 4 years. She has completed the New York City Marathon, numerous shorter races, and has most recently qualified for and competed in the National Championships for Masters Swimming. She received her Doctorate in Medicine from the Georgetown University School of Medicine and currently practices as a physician part-time at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Her in-depth understanding of medicine, physiology and exercise science is a strong asset to her knowledge as a coach.
As a wife, physician, and mother of two young girls, Jenn understands the time constraints most triathletes face. She believes in fostering the maximum potential in each athlete by creating a training plan that fits with each athlete’s overall goals, schedule, and ability.
